Pelihara kaki umpama pelihara wajah / Keep feet like a raised face

8) rehatkan kaki ke paras yang sedikit tinggi selepas lama berdiri 9) dptkn jari suami utk urut kaki isteri!

 1) hygiene leg 2) select appropriate shoes 3) Warm foot soak in water 4) avoid tight shoes 5) avoid sitting too long 6) to avoid cross-legged 7) avoid too tight socks
8) rest your feet slightly elevated levels after long standing 9) Get a finger of husband for wife foot massage!
