aktiviti ku 22 - 27 September 2013 ini.....alhamdulillah sudah berjaya dilaksana

as salam dan good mornin bro and sisters.. sedikit maklumat untuk semua...alhamdulillah..walaupun baru balik JB, sesampai je dirumah..anak isteri demam.malam 24 sept tu gak aku bergegas ke klinik utk ku uruskan mereka. pagi 25 sept tu pula, anak sulung pula ngadu sakit perut hingga menangis menahan sakit.alhamdulillah, ku uruskan juga dia ke klinik..dan MC diterima. masalah usus besar yag cramp!!susah urusan itu....bergegas ke Enstek.....syukurlah...family first..... ketika menghadiri pemantauan prog integriti d IPGKti, johor...tkasih kepada Pn Rahaya Ismail, KUKP, en Saidi Pensyarah HEP dan Pn Hawa,pen.KUKP IPGkti....atas bantuan logistik..Tahniah IPGKti menhadiri dan menutup kursus AKRAB zon tengah dan selatan 25 Sept 2013, di Bilik Simulasi Pensyarah, Blok C, IPGk Pend.teknik, Enstek, Nilai. Terima kasih dan tahniah kepada Pn Norizi A.Aziz dan semua pserta keran berjaya hadir ke kursus ini walaupun lokasi dan premis kurang selesa..tpi makanan alhamdulillah sodap...AKRAB kl...

CIRI CIRI GURU MINDA KELAS PERTAMA

Ada 12 ciri. Untuk kali ini, aku sebutkan pertama dulu. Guru perlu menjadi pelajar seumur hidup, pemikir yang beretika dan bersepadu / lifelong learner and ethical and integrative thinker Seorang guru wajib membaca! Membaca adalah kunci pengetahuan. Membaca ada 2: pengetahuan dunia dan membaca al Quran Banyak guru sekarang yang membaca ilmu pengetahuan dunia seharian tetapi belum tentu ramai guru yang membaca al Quran SEHARIAN? Jadi, renungkan dan jawap sendiri dalam hati! p/s: HSM, Johor Bahru menambah kawan pun perlu untuk jadi guru berilmu... kenangan mengadakan sesi mini forumku bersama almarhum Prof Dr hj Munandir, Pengasas Asosiasi Bimbingan & Kaunseling Indonesia dan Prof Dr Othman Dato Mohamed  Bersama almarhum ayahanda Prof Dr hj Munandir seusai lawatan di UPM 2009, dosen idola ku semasa berkuliah di IKIP Malang 93-97 bersama rakan sekerja yang hebat fauzan dan mantan bos lamaku, Dato Hajah Noor Rezan Bapoo Hashim, Mantan TKPPM KPM (k...

Kini, kita perlu guru ...perlu pendidik yang sentiasa ghairah mencari ilmu, kemahiran, teknik mengajar baru ! selamat merenung dan selamat buka minda!!

Habits must change… Keeps a glass of water next to you all the time & make sure you drink it! If youre healthty, Nothing will happen except that you’ll be running to the toilet often. If you dont like the bland taste of water,fruit juices also good alternatives! However, your sugar level might spike from all of fructose.  Recomemended dose is to mix 80% of vegatables (preferably green) with 20% of fruits. That way, besides replineshing your fluids, and you also get the added vitamins and nutrients. There is nothing wrong with drinking the entire recommended amount at one go. Since more people cannot handle so much fluid at a time, then drinking at two –to – three hour intervals should ensure the daily dose is covered, though it’s best to consume everything before 6pm so that sleep is not disturbed at night! drink espicially on your haj or omra...
